Same day despatch on in stock items, processed before 15:00 Mon-Fri. Usually arrives within 1 working day; however, this is not a guaranteed service. Tracking available, no signature required - proof of delivery provided by photo.

Next Working Day  £6.95 Parcel Force Monday to Friday Guaranteed 24 Hour delivery**

Same day despatch on in stock items, processed before 15:00 Mon-Fri. Guaranteed next working day delivery (Mon-Fri, excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed before 15:00 on a Friday will be delivered on the Monday. Delivery may be attempted between 08:00 - 18:00 - signature required on delivery. Full tracking available.

Saturday Delivery  £10.95 Parcel Force Saturday delivery

Friday despatch on in stock orders, processed before 15:00. Delivery may be attempted between 08:00 - 18:00 - signature required on delivery. Full tracking available.

*Please note that the delivery times above are for UK Mainland only. Some rural destinations in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and additional post code areas of AB30, 32, 41-44, 51,99, DD8, 9, 10, DG7, 8, 9, FK3, 8,  SN5 0, SN5 3 to SN5 8, SN6 6, YO25 4 to YO25 6, YO 25 8 & YO25 9 and Northern Ireland may take 48-72 hours.

Channel Islands

Tracked Delivery £8.50 Parcelforce Tracked (approx 48-72 hours)

Same day despatch on in stock items, processed before 14:00 Mon-Fri. Delivery may be attempted between 08:00 - 18:00 - signature required on delivery. Full tracking available. Please note, all orders for Jersey & Guernsey will be processed excluding any VAT.

Europe

Tracked Delivery Prices available at checkout for individual destinations, starting from 9,95€ depending on destination country.

European delivery destinations from 2-3 working days (excluding possible customs delays). Please note that the maximum weight limit for European destinations is 20kg. Shipping costs are shown at the checkout.

All online orders for EU countries are shipped DDP (duty paid), ensuring that your checkout price is your final price. You will NOT incur additional customs/VAT charges once your goods reach your destination country. Please note that there is no maximum order value for Ireland; however, for all other EU countries this is 150.00€ (excluding shipping & VAT) due to IOSS rules. Please contact us for any European delivery related queries or orders with a value greater than 150.00€ for full terms and conditions. All prices on the website in Euros are VAT inclusive where applicable.

International Delivery (excluding Europe)

Tracked Delivery Prices available at checkout for individual destinations, starting from £29.95 depending on destination country.

For destinations outside of Europe the weight limit is 2.5kg. Should orders exceed this limit a member of the customer services team will contact you to discuss alternative delivery options. THE ZONE RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason*, return the item unworn and in perfect condition, in original packaging with tags attached, within 30 days** for an exchange or refund. When sending a return, please mark the parcel CUSTOMER SERVICES, quoting your invoice number and the reason for the return. 

Due to hygiene reasons The Zone are unable to accept returns on underwear and tights. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please remember that you, the customer, are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse; we recommend that you obtain proof of posting and a tracked service.

Returns from the USA: Should you wish to return any item, please ensure all returned parcels are clearly labelled as RETURNED GOODS on both the customs label and the customs declaration form. Unfortunately we will be unable to process returns where this information has been omitted.
